There are several possible cases :

• Group portrait or portrait of a member of the public: it's a good idea for someone from your company to be on hand to help organise the event.
• Individual portrait of a speaker who is easy to identify: I can go and meet them after they have spoken.

To produce a report, I first use the event's program to integrate its key moments: welcome, speeches, exchanges on stage, conclusion, etc. The images captured tell the story of what happens under the spotlight, but not only that. Actors and spectators make the event: audience reaction, spontaneous speeches, etc., all contribute to the story told in images... I also try to illustrate the details that color each event, such as the architecture of the venue and the different atmospheres. On average, one hour of event coverage contains around twenty photos.

The photo report is delivered to you within 5 working days of the event.

During the portrait session, I take the time to select, with the person concerned, the shot or shots that he or she would like to keep.

For example :

Whatever the length of the session, I always take the time beforehand to talk with you and give you some advice. Then we build up the session together, step by step, punctuating each series of shots with an observation of the portraits taken, which we select as we go along. The aim is to give you a clear view of the session, so that you can move forward calmly and end up with a variety of portraits that reflect you and your personality.
